➢ Daily cash Tallying and Banking
➢ Preparation of Day Book and Cash Book
➢ Tallying Creditors and Debtors
➢ Preparation all statutory matters ( sales Tax, ST & TDS)
➢ Finalization of Accounts
➢ Payroll Making and Salary payment
➢ Making suppliers and Sub contractors Payment statement
➢ Monthly liabilities Preparation (creditors ledger subcontractor & vendors)
➢ Checking of vendors bills of all supply items
➢ Checking of subcontractors bill on the basis of work order.
➢ Maintaining receivable & payables
➢ Preparing and submission of employees PF
➢ Preparation of MIS & balance sheet
➢ Monthly expense analysis
➢ Statutory deduction (TDS, EPF, VAT & Service tax)
➢ Daily stock entry and transfer entry (through Debit notes)
➢ Cost Calculation and Control
➢ Monthly Report preparation
➢ Prepare and reconcile general bank statements
➢ Assist with the annual audit
➢ Maintain financial files and records
➢ Reconcile the accounts payable
➢ Reconcile the accounts receivable
