• Head of Electrical Maintenance services in ORPIC - Refinery, Aromatics plant and Polypropylene Plant. The power system includes 4 X 75 KVA 132/33KV Main receiving transformers, Captive power Plant with 2 X 19 MW GTG and 2 X 35 MW Steam Turbine Generators.
• Chairman - Electrical Integration Focus group for all the units and projects of ORPIC.
• Coordination with Grid authorities for the power connection for Sohar refinery, SRIP (75 MVA) and Liwa Plastic LPIC (200 MW), MAF refinery, Muscat.
• Electrical Asset Management - Life cycle assessment of critical equipments, Reliability gap analysis, Spares planning, Contracts planning
• Electrical Maintenance of Electrical installations in Refinery, Aromatics and Polypropylene plants including Transformers, Generators, cables, Motors, PLCs, Heaters, Drives, Power Management system etc
• Power export contract with Oman Power authorities.

Head of Power & Utilities - Operation & Maintenance - Captive power Plant with 3 X 275 T CFBC Boilers, 3 X 33MW Steam Turbine Generators, Solid material handling systems with wagon tippler, stacker reclaimers, conveyer systems etc., Utilities for refinery - RO based DM Water Plant, Effluent Treatment Plant, Raw water Intake system, Fire water System, Cooling towers, Emergency DG Set etc.
Project execution of greenfield refinery project - 6 MMTPA. Power Plant of capacity 99 MW and Power import facility of 50 MVA at 132 KV. Responsible for successful completion of refinery project and transition to operation phase, setting up of Electrical department, finalization of all the resources including outsourcing contracts.
Installation, commissioning, Operation and Maintenance of Electrical equipments in Ammonia Plants - Licensor - Haldor Topsoe
• Captive Power Plant of 3 x 17.225 MW Gas Turbine Generators (Alstom Atlantique, France Make) having Microprocessor based Speedtronic Mark IV control in synchronization with State Grid at 132 KV.
• Deftly handled Maintenance of equipment like 132KV, 33KV, 11KV, 6.6KV, 3.3KV, 415V Power Distribution and Motor Control Centres, circuit breakers - MOCBs, VCBs, SF6 CBs, ACBs, UPS, Batteries, Battery chargers, Motors, Lighting System, Soft starter, Large heaters up to 5.6MW etc. resource utilization and enhancing operational efficiency
• Proactively contributed in preparation of quarterly/yearly budget for the Projects and plant maintenance
• Organize various training sessions for the team to enhance their performance
• Conducted Energy Audit and Safety Audits.
• Liaised with Electrical statutory authorities & state Electricity board
• Handled Power Trading with MPSEB
