Verifying journal Vouchers, Cash vouchers and Bank vouchers.
Verifying purchase bills scrutinizing and payment settlement.
Processing and Accounting of Payables and Accounts Receivables.
Preparation of Bank Reconciliation and ensure that the open items in the reconciliation is closed on a timely basis.
Preparation Branch Reconciliation.
Co-ordination with the Charted Accountant and close queries relating to Finance Reports.
Preparing all MIS related to Accounts, Finance and Banking functions and presenting before Operational Heads.
Cash handling and preparation of weekly cash Forecast report.
Finalization of Accounts along with Charted Accountant.
Monitoring Sales & Accounts of various branches in side the park.
Monitoring the Employees salary advance.
Correspondence with bank and other legal authorities.
Maintaining office in a proper and disciplined manner
