• Address technical issues faced by various customers, troubleshoot the CPE related issues online and follow the functional escalation of issues to other concerned sections
• Analyzing & troubleshooting connectivity problems of internet through Fibre Optic ADSL, GPON (FTTH), WiMAX, ISDN, Dialup, Cable modems and issues related to IPTV
• Troubleshoot Web hosting service, Email and proxy/DNS related issues
• Troubleshoot VPN networks
