ISO 9001:2015 System: Implementation, evaluation and compliance of the Quality and HSE procedures, Polices
and Processes through ISO 9001:2015, lean six sigma quality management systems.
Ensures the policies and procedures are created, implemented and aligned to the corporate policies. Oversee
the quality and performance department, identify improvement areas and recommend developments to
increase the department’s work quality and effectiveness.
Provide day-to-day management and supervision to section heads and direct reports and support them in

and following up on any implementation requirements that may arise.
• Prepares the quality control plans for the projects and ensuring its implementation.
• Reviews and develops the quality inspection and testing procedures to meet or exceed the client expectations.
• Executes the inspection process of the received supplies/ materials to the projects to ensure their quality meets
the desired standards.
• Coordinates with concerned entities within the project on all technical issues to ensure that the phases meet the
desired quality standards.
• Reviews the adopted standards in the project to ensure that these standards are updated and meets clients'
expectations.
• Coordinates with the Projects directors, Projects Managers, and entire projects teams to ensure the proper
implementation of plans, systems, and procedures.
• Provides advice and recommendation on continuous improvement related to new and existing processes within
the projects and companywide.

• Construction of the Project in conformance with project specification, IFC drawings and approved Shop drawings.
• Liaison with Saudi Aramco Project Management (PMT) and Project Inspection (PID) Teams, ensure the inspection
requirements are implemented and maintained as per Saudi Aramco SATIP’s.
• Management of all personnel assigned to work on the project and management of all construction records and
control of documents.
• Management and coordination of all subcontractors’ work at the site.
• Coordinate quality reviews participate at designated stages during the document review process and advise on
potential quality issues during meetings.
• Observe and monitor compliance with approved project quality plan and Schedule Q.
• Act as a source of information for field issues that develop during construction.
• Provide assistance with assigned project management responsibilities ranging from scope development, budget
preparation, and project site visits.
• Direct internal and third-party inspections and provide client with the inspection reports, including
recommendations to resolve nonconforming work and the later documentation of approved corrective actions.

• Assist in preparation of class development, presentations, technical papers and seminars and conduct training as
needed for all project staff.
• Prepare reports on compliance status and non-conformance trends.
• Participate in technical and project management training and mentoring of junior construction staff members.
• Ensure that, QC Inspectors follow the Inspection and Test Plan and request for Inspection are raised as per
required intervention point.
• Complete site quality control instructions, logbook entries and action remedial responses.
• Monitor the implementation of the approved Project Quality Plan.

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Managing and Supervising the day-to-day activities to ensure that schedule, costs, workmanship and safe
conditions are maintained.
• Assist the Project Manager by attending pre- construction/kick-off meetings with subcontractors three weeks
prior to start works at site as to ensure their area is ready, all submittals are approved, and documentation is
complete.
• Conduct routine meetings with construction teams, subcontractors, quality and safety teams to promote
communication between all parties and resolve problems.
• Maintain all record keeping requirements including update of as-built drawings & subcontractors daily reports.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports to document all work activities, weather, delays, etc.
• Confirm all decisions, revising or clarifying the contract documents with Engineering and project manager.
• Keep Project Manager informed on all changes.
• Foresee potential constructability problems and follows up a resolution and inform the Project Manager.
• Coordinate with all subcontractors to prevent interference or obstructions.
• Clarify discrepancies and questions concerning specifications and drawings with the technical team.
• Continually review construction methods, crew size and schedule for cost improvement opportunities.
• Advise Project Manager for potential change orders to the client or back charges to subcontractors.
• Ensure that all required written notices of back charges have been forwarded to the subcontractors as per the
subcontract requirements.
• Rank subcontractors’ performance to ensure the establishment of an up-to-date list of competent, cooperative,
and competitive subcontractors and forward information to head office.
• Schedule and conduct pre-install, initial, follow up and final installation meetings.
• Interface and coordinate with clients for production and QC matters and coordinate with third party inspection
agencies for all related inspection activities.
