Secretarial & administrative support to the department by working closely with the GM to ensure error-free data documentation and to support the activities and the productivity of the department in an effective and efficient manner. Make note and transcribes correspondence on PC as required.
o Maintains manager’s (and own) filling system (hard and soft) in systematic/orderly manner.
o Receives incoming calls to manager’s office, assist the caller and provides information appropriately.
o Greets visitors to the department/manager’s office.
o Receives incoming emails/faxes/memos/letters and routes/responds accordingly.
o Liaises with other department managers/staff to relay/receive information on behalf of manager.
o Prepares presentations using power point and other software, as required by the manager.
• Responsible for installing, maintaining and supporting computer communication networks.
• Ensure the smooth operation of communication networks in order to provide maximum performance and availability for staff, customers and suppliers.
• Responsible for implementing, monitoring and maintenance of local area networks.
• To make improvements to the security policy to ensure that the company is secure.
Desktop Relocations, I.T. support service, hardware and software installation
Providing computer help desk support and technical training on hardware/software to end users.
Performing hardware and software installations and provided high-level customer care, training, and technical support.
Assembling and installing a wide array of computer systems and peripheral hardware.
o Crucial support to the Merchandising team, taking an active role by analyzing sales trends, monitoring deliveries and maintaining stock levels.
o Allocating stock to stores, ensuring the right stock is in the right stores at the right time
o Update delivery schedules to reflect latest supplier delivery position and maintaining relevant systems, Assist Buyer with category of merchandise.
o Coordinate with accounting the matching of invoices; obtaining approvals. Processing purchase order requisitions, receiving reports, etc.
- Dealing with enquiries and answering calls
- Responsible for data entry including the purchasing and invoicing of sales orders.
- Keeps track reports, files invoices, forward phone calls, greet clients, schedule appointments and follow up on sales calls. At times, might assist in making a sale.
Responsible for making sales of internet broadband connection.
Independently handling entire sales cycle - negotiate & close orders.
Making new deals with existing and new customers by offering new promotions.
