1.To be a key person in all phases of the project starting from Pre Bid to the Handing over of the project.
2.To assist in Design of DDC controls for different applications which comes in the building like control of AHU, Package Units, Chillers, Chilled Water Pumps etc.
3.To assist in Design of DDC panel wiring for different applications.
4.Preparation of Pre commissioning and Commissioning Schedule for the project to meet the milestones.
5.Assist the Pre Commissioning and Commissioning team during their job execution.
6.To assist in Commissioning DDC panels using Metasys Building Management System.
7.To assist in Developing Graphics for the BMS System.
8.Interfacing Johnson Controls products with Third party Products.
9.Site Co ordination during all phases of the project execution.
10.Provide handover training for the end users.
1.Commissioning ALERTON controls for Air handling units(AHU's), Fresh Air handling units(FAHU's), Variable air handling units(VAHU's), Fan Coil Units(FCU's), VAV, Chillers, Extract fans etc.
2.Programming DDC for HVAC systems including sequence of operation for Chillers, Chilled water
pumps, AHUs etc using Visual Logic.
3.Designing of DDC Control Panels.
4.Interfacing DDC Panels with HVAC controls.
5.Integrating Modbus Protocol with Bacnet protocol.
6. Set up and commissioning of Variable Frequency Drives(VFD's).
7.Instrumentation( Scaling and Calibration of Pressure sensors, Humidity sensors, Temperature sensors, Flow Sensors/ Transducers using 4-20mA and 0-10 V Interface.)
8.Starting and initial configuration of Alerton BTI and VLCs.
9.Installation of Envision software and Configuring Bacnet Protocol.
10.Creating Graphical Interface with Envision software.
11.Downloading DDC and Debugging of DDC.
12. Reading electrical drawings and trouble shooting starter panels.
13.Commissioning and Programming of ABB Lighting Control System.
14.Programming of ABB motion sensors, Brightness sensors, switch actuators etc.
15.Programming of ABB Dimmers and display units.
16.Graphical Interface of lighting control system with Eisbaer software.
