- Answering customers calls & provide them with all needed of informations, services & offers.
- Book the appointments for customers for Work Shop services & Roadside Assistance.
- Work on the company's official Whats App to Serve customer through written conversations.
- Communicate with customers directly to provide them with the best offers according to their needs and variety of packages that meets customers satisfaction.
- Communicate with customers to get their views and feedback about the quality of services provided for development, such as doing questionnaires and surveys over the phone.
** Daily Target: 180 calls per 8 hours. Achieves: 200/250 calls.
- Work as a backup agent at queue hours ( rush hours ) in the Call Center customer service.
- Work with is Help-desk department to follow-up with customer complaints if it solved or not, and help them as soon as possible.
