I am working on the operations side of the aviation industry. With a team of 9 at the airport, we manage the flight operations by making sure that the passengers are well taken care of, and the flight goes on time while following the safety and security standard of the airline and the airport.
Back office work is also one of our main roles, like administration, invoice verification, inventory management, training, and procedures briefing to our service partners.
I was assigned as a Customer Service Agent for different airlines, namely, Eva Air, China Southern Airlines, Cathay Pacific, Air Macau, China Eastern Airlines & Lufthansa Airlines as a check-in agent, boarding gate agent, arrival and baggage handling agent, and administrative agent for Eva Air.
