To develop and review technical specifications, scopes of work, estimated cost of work and assist with development of contracting packages. It includes procurement of parts, services and repairs for specialized equipment and products, communicate the status and follow up on the progress. Develop new ideas to simplify or revise current procurement practices for a more efficient procurement/purchasing procedure.
Main Projects: NOBISKRUG (MY KATARA & MY ARTEFACT).
I decided to build up my own small company, focussed to provide services to companies regarding Technical development (Feed design, CAD drawings, 3D model, Renders, "as built” drawings etc), Project Management including supervising on site and Technical surveys.
Main Projects: R&M (Britany Ferries & AIDA MIRA Cruises).
Appointed to start business operations and transform the organization in the South Europe area to ramp revenue, market share and profitability while building the company brand among shipbuilding customers regarding cruise ship and yacht industry.
Main Projects: STX (Symphony of the Seas, MSC Meraviglia, Celebrity Edge).
Astilleros de Mallorca (Cocoa Bean, Orinokia, Emerald)
Working as a consultant in management positions for the shipbuilding industry advising shipowners and customers with newbuilding specifications and negotiations, assisting with design, engineering and purchasing among other marine related business.
Main Projects: Several from fishing vessels, Offshore Navy Patrols, Ferry ships etc.
Cat D Project.
Main duties:
Ensure the project is in compliance with Norwegian rules and regulations.
Contractor engineering deliverables and make sure that contract requirements will be met.
Expedite the contractor to issue engineering deliverables with the right quality level and as per TBS and rules.
Assist the project in Vendor selection and search for new ideas and material to improve the LQ conditions and safety onboard.
Review and comment vendor documents and attend to vendors meeting as required.
Review and propose response to TQ, NCR and CFR for project management approval.
Perform regular visit at the workshop and worksite. Inform package engineer of any concerns that might jeopardize the quality, the cost or the project schedule.
Ensure that the performed work is consistent with other disciplines.
Provide support to the commissioning team in development and resolution of technical findings.
Manage and review the Adept system regarding LQ discipline.

Edda Fides is the only purpose built monohull accommodation vessel in the world with a capacity for 600 POB, a 1400 m2 deck area.
The vessel is a Multipurpose Accommodation and Service Vessel, designed to cater for the highest standard of reliability to the customer

Main duties:
Develop new designs and conduct complex projects in order to assure the compliance with Norwegian rules and regulations as well as others regulations as SOLAS, IMO, DNV, BV.
Manage the construction to be carried out as in the engineering stage.
Assist the project in Vendor selection and search for new ideas and material to improve the design.
Monitoring any deviation that might jeopardize the quality, the cost or the project schedule.
Ensure that the performed work is consistent with other disciplines.
Geowave Commander (Seismic Vessel with capacity for 50 POB ). Wavefield. Norway (Offshore)

Main duties:
Develop the design in the accommodation ensuring the compliance with rules and regulations in several kind of projects.
Follow up the construction stage to be carried out as in the feed stage.
Vendor selection according with the design and search for new ideas and material to improve new projects.
Manage and review the noncompliance list and punch list as well.
Manage the interferences with other disciplines.
Verify the delivery via commissioning procedure.
