∼ Support optimisation as per ITIL standards L1, L2, escalations for software and hardware problems

∼ Oversees and manages the design, set-up, monitoring and maintenance for the organisation’s
data centres (i.e. servers, databases and storage) to ensure the safety, reliability and stability of
the network.
∼ Manages, maintains and monitors the systems, processes and tools for the organisation’s IT
database, data warehouse and middleware assets (hardware and software).
∼ Provides support to capital programs with IT dependencies across all business units and supports
operational construction groups to facilitate the implementation of automation solutions and
smart grid technologies.
ICT
Reported to the Managing Director and led a team of 25 resources for execution of project work
using Agile management techniques, for both development & support of solutions.
∼ Implemented capacity monitoring standards & created associated reports, while implementing
best practices and adhering to global application lifecycle management process (ALM).
∼ Implement IT software development security plans and risk and legal recovery plans.
∼ Managed 3 Agile software development teams out of the resources and implemented new Agile
development policy with all teams for new solutions completion.
∼ Full SDLC implementations for custom build internal web applications.
∼ Responsible for study & analysis of existing policy/procedure and developed new policy/
strategies /risks for near shoring software development.
