1. Motor City Medical Center for Emirates Hospital - Clinics & common space design approach in terms of infrastructure, finishes and circulation. Weekly inspection on site progress.
2. CosmeSurge Jumeirah Clinic - Interior site survey and detailing of existing infrastructure.
3. Private Office in Regal Tower at Business Bay - Listed as Project Architect. Concepts re-design new infrastructure, circulation and finishes. Maintaining works within program of work. Client, main contractor and sub-contractor correspondence.
4. Walter’s Coffee Roastery in The Dubai Mall - Listed as Project Architect. Existing concept adjustments to suit the given space. Detailed and technical design. Landlord, client, client representative, main contractor and sub-contractor co-ordination. Procurement of client supplied items. Managing submittals to landlord for design approvals, submittals to DED (Dubai Economic Department) and DCD (Dubai Civil Defense) for approvals. DHA (Dubai Health Authority) approvals. Maintaining program of work and project timeline. Handling client payment interim applications and variation orders.
5. Spinney’s Meydan - Responsible for FF&E Specification process.
6. Residential Building Meydan G+4 - Responsible for FF&E specification process. Design approach and detailing intent of all kitchen and sanitary units / wet areas.
7. Waitrose Motor City - Responsible for FF&E specification process.

10. Residential Building Amman G+2 - 3D modeling and concept intent on interior design
