Assist HR-Admin Dept. to other tasks such as: providing PRO’s documents needed in processing visa and Emirates ID application, conducting initial screening interviews for all candidates, arranging interviews inside/outside country, providing a document to HR personnel needed in daily routine of HR daily task and contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Monitoring the HR tracking system for updating of Visa, Emirates ID, passports and all-important documents of the employee.
- Responsible in making the Job Description to be provided to each employee.
- Responsible in monitoring and updating the Organizational Chart of the company.
- Responsible in making and updating the Employee’s Handbook to be distributed to all employees.
- Responsible in arranging the events in the organization by coordinating with different departments/divisions.
- Assist the ticket coordinator in monitoring the ticket booking details.
- Responsible in making the gate pass request ONLINE from different UAE Ports.

- Dialing international calls through main board for requesting staff.

- Safe handling of all Postal mails or hand-delivered Supplier’s invoice; and distributing them.
- Maintaining a safe system of Courier mail from and to Mubarak Marine, with available records of sender and addressee

Accurately identifies the purpose (s) for requested training as a basis for customized training
program development or application of existing training programs. Develops and maintains the
Training Effectiveness Evaluation Grid for all training programs to ensure effective and efficient
delivery of programs and follows up with departments to assess the effects of training on
performance of the trainees.
- HR Department in charged and handles manpower monitoring such as: Updating all Staff
profiles in CG Group system (ERP System). (Estimate of 700 Staff) Responsible in processing
all staff’s requests.
- Coordinate with accounts section with regards to Staff finance issue such as: Salary, Annual
Leave, Company Loans, Salary Certificates, etc. Coordinate with P.R.O with regards to
the processing of employee’s Visa and Labor Card Application and cancellation, Health Card
Application, Labor Law, etc. Coordinates with any bank’s agent for employee’s opening of
accounts, application of car loans, personal loan, and any other loans, etc. ISO Auditor.
