• Directly assisting and reporting to Operations Manager.
• HR and Administrative support to organization.
• Work with HR Department to facilitate recruitment, including job posting, scheduling of interview & examination and assist with on-boarding process of new employees.
• Maintain database of sales staff, company vehicle and company mobile number.
• Attend to inquiries of staff (shop maintenance, transportation, issuance of company uniform)
• Monitor the expiry details of company accommodation, trade license and lease contract of (more than 20) stores in UAE.
• Coordinate with mall management relating to new/renewal of Lease Agreement, Lease Contract, Ejari/ Tawtheeq and Trade License.
• Preparing necessary documents for mobilization/ installation and demobilization of stores.
• Online application of work permit/police permit for Store Maintenance and Inventory/Audit.
• Managing company vehicle report such as RTA fines, Salik usage and vehicle renewal.
• Preparing LPO and gathering quotation from supplier/contractor.
• Support the management team with any Ad Hoc duties associated.
• Act as a reliever to CEO and BDD’s secretary when needed.
Posting job ads.
Scheduling interviews and examinations.
Documenting employee's absences, compensations, performances and terminations.
Writing emails and answering telephone calls.
Preparing quotations, invoices and purchase order.
