• Founded the J4C brand and concept in August 2011 and worked with a web development team to launch the business in March 2012.
• Developed marketing, sales and operation strategies for a team of 4 staff to build the current success of J4C today.
• Built relationships with over 60 employers to advertise their job vacancies with J4C, companies such as OMD, Lbi, Greenpeace, Hogarth (WPP).
