Following SAFe framework (Portfolio) fully implemented with ARTs and working closely with Managers, Product Owners, Release Train Engineers and Scrum Team.

- self-learning and knowledge sharing via internal Coaching Circles, Community of Practice, Coaching Club events;
- Coaching Teams using various techniques, tools and methods
Actively helping for organization of Agile events oriented to serve to the agile community in Bulgaria with experience sharing content:
- Scrum Clinics (organized by Fourth SM community)
- Facilitation Labs (organized by Fourth SM community)
- Internal Symposium for SM + RTE teams
