Aluace Corporation is a dynamic and innovative company that specializes in design, manufacturing, and fabrication of engineered extruded aluminium products. I‘m assigned in the production reporting to the Operations Manager and Plant Manager, I supervise the assembly with four conveyor line moving in the production. Having two foremen, four lead men, and 18-25 employees in each conveyor line.
Major responsibilities:
1. Preparing line flow procedure in every new project.
2. Coaching and motivating all staffs in the production to their responsibilities.
3. Setting targets and quota in everyday’s operation.
4. Monitoring all work accomplishments reporting to the manager.
5. Attending weekly meeting with progressive report.
Achievements:
1. Settled production process and procedure.
2. Aims targeted output everyday.
3. Decreased number of employee by giving each of them their respective responsibility.
4. Finished all projects on the desire schedule in the production.
5. Weekly accomplishment meeting is perfectly committed.
Reason for leaving: Seeking for better role and challenging opportunity here in UAE.

Major responsibilities:
1. Conducting material inspection in accordance to specification of required materials.
2. Prepared inspection quality test plans to make sure all technical specification are follow.
3. Organized inspection procedure for quality production standard.
4. Coordinated quality system checked and evaluated all performance based on standard ratings.
5. Reporting to the manager for daily checked production accomplishments.
Achievements:
1. Learned how to make quality procedure and test plans.
2. Handled and accomplished multiple projects during my time.
3. Learned and trained well in the company-employee, employee-company relationship.
4. Promoted to Production Supervisor.
The company is a manufacturer of tin cans for food, beverages and nutritional products in the Philippines. I’m assinged on the machine shop department handling conventional milling machine reporting to the supervisor.
Major responsibilities:
1. Handling conventional machines to produce production materials.
2. Conducting material inspection to used in fabrication.
3. Reporting to the Supervisor after every task done daily.
Achievements:
1. Learned and enhance on operating conventional machines.
2. Enhanced and interpreted mechanical drawings correctly.
3. Adapt the flexibility on job shifting.
