Duties and responsibilities
• Coordinates with the CFO in matters related to inventory and purchase of supplies and equipment, as well as its maintenance.
• Establishes and maintains an inventory system and listings of the school’s physical plant assets and resources, and efficiently assign these to various personnel-in-charge in coordination with the personnel’s respective administrators with regular trimester-ending evaluation.
• Establishes and maintains an inventory system and listings of the school’s security keys and locks and assign these to various staff members in coordination with the President and the Chief of Security, with regular trimester-ending evaluation.
• Oversees the use of school facilities and equipment, especially those used by the entire school community.
• Plans and supervises the physical arrangement of rooms, halls, and grounds in relation to school activities.
• Accounts for all lost and damaged school facilities and equipment, as well as their replacement or repair.
• Controls the issuance of the year-ending clearances of the school’s personnel with respect to the school’s physical plant assets, resources, and security keys and locks.
• Participates in clearing students and school personnel at the end of each school year with respect to damages or losses of school properties.
• Takes a personal responsibility for his/her own professional growth to widen his/her horizon through academic and non-academic experiences.
• Devotes at least six (6) hours a week to teach and/or substitute the classes as part of his/her duty.
• Performs other duties as may be assigned to him/her by the CFO and the President.
