- Perform Helpdesk activities, MII (Marketing Inbound Interface) loads which includes analysis, validation, data testing and data loading of records (touch, response, Interest, contact suppression, etc.), updating of documents (i.e. User Guide and Procedure Guide) and analysis of data from the requests being sent to me.
- Develop SQL codes which will be use in analysis and validation for MII.
- Check and run scripts in DB2 but in AIX environment, identify error and able to submit all request in prescribed timeframes with zero defects.
- To translate the business needs and strategy into a well documented work request
- Assisting in allocating/prioritizing the work to the appropriate resources in centre as well as personally carrying out the execution in the more complicated instances.
- Based on a pre-defined data brief and using the campaign planning tool, produce counts to identify target groups to be included in specific communications.
- Assist in the definition of specific campaign details to ensure results can be properly measured
- Perform Targeting execution tasks, as needed, including audience creation and sizing, code creation and analysis files.
- Generate lists from simple extracts to more complex requirements using a DB2 compliant tool.
- Analyze contact candidates from IBMDB2 using different tools such as Brio Query, IBM DB2 Command Center, QMF, etc.
- Data analysis
- Create Program/Campaign Set-up in CRM Siebel as well as loading Contacts in different media
- Produce ad-hoc reports

- Assigned as the point person for Computer operations and report generation.
- Provide access to TPL Registration online for our new outlets or branches.
- Provide daily, week and annual reports of productions the company and report directly to VP of Marketing and VP of Treasury.
- Develop monitoring and report generating programs using MS Access.
- Maintain existing monitoring and report generating programs that was created in Clipper and DBase.
- Maintain computer applications and check computer devices if working properly for daily operations.
