Regional Factory Operations Manager - Middle East & India
Reporting to Chief Operating Officer (COO)

Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for enabling a sustainable growth by managing and monitoring the local and regional production activities
- Responsible in effectively monitoring the operations in enable to grow and ensure quality of products
- Foresee the plans for the regions with the aid and guidance in order to achieve productivity objectives and quality standards in a safe manner.
- Assessing projects and resource requirements, estimating, negotiating and agreeing budgets and timescales with clients and managers.

Job Responsibilities and Achievement:
Set-up new manufacturing plant in Dubai worth 1.5M USD Investment and 12M USD annual revenue, Responsible for selection, hiring and development of Manufacturing Supervisors. Recommend improvements in equipment and processes. Coordinated, managed, and evaluated the installation of new equipment or processes in area of responsibility. Coordinated longer term planning for major maintenance projects. Assured compliance with quality and process specifications. Continuously reviewed ongoing performance within area of responsibility and acted to assure achievement of organizational goals.

Design and Product Development Responsibility and Achievement:
- Set-up new manufacturing plant worth 4M USD Investment and 15M USD Annual revenue.
- Design and Develop high quality product at the lowest cost
- Develop 3D models and creates manufacturing drawings using AUTOCAD software
- Develop and Design Product with complete report such as Bill of Materials, Manufacturing Drawing, Product Cost and Technical Details
- Coordinates to Production Manager for production process of new product and issuing Production Drawing
- Coordinates to Quality Control Manager for quality of the new product and its all technical details
- Assist procure department to buy all necessary materials by giving all technical details
- Coordinates with cost accountant department by giving all information such as material cost, manufacturing cost, labor cost and BOM to able to make new product price.
- Support Sales Marketing Person to introduce new product even existing product by giving technical explanation to the customer
- Supports new product introductions, reverse engineering, and the redesign of existing products
- Keep a complete file of pre-programmed drawings, set by models to serve as immediate cross references.
- Develop new product as per customer requirement
- Design electrical enclosure panel such as Datacomm Cabinet, DB Box, Switchgears, Cable Tray, Cable Trunking Cable Ladder,

Cnc Turret Punch Programmer Responsibility:
- Program LVD Cnc Turret Punch Machine (21station) using Lantex Expert CADMAN-P3D Software
- Plan/Program material in ZERO wastage
- Program and allocate best punching tools to maximize the speed of the machine and to get high output
- Giving instruction to Cnc Turret punch operators with regards to workload priorities.
- Assist production supervisor and their teams how to execute the product specially in press brake machine, shearing machine, spot welding machine, fabricators and welders up to the assembly
- Records production output per shift and related matters to properly monitor the production line.
- Convert mechanical drawings into a computer program (NC program) using a CAD/CAM software.
- Keep a current list of tooling and accessories for the CNC machines and conduct monthly inventory to serve as a reference in the requisition for replacement.
- Giving seminar to operators how to understand “G” Codes and teach basic programming
- Checking daily production efficiency
- Monitor daily, monthly, yearly maintenance of the machine
NATURE OF BUSINESS:
Pierlite Middle East a member of Gerard Lighting Group the Company is engaged in the manufacture of various lighting product and component and manufactures Switchgears, Cable Tray, Cable Ladder, Trunking Datacomm Cabinet, DB Box

Responsibility:
- Verify and check architectural drawing and make new part drawing using AUTOCAD software
- List all bill of material for requisition by giving to procure department and give all technical details of raw materials
- Site visit to verify actual site dimension and site condition
- Coordinates to site engineer regarding the fixing details, delivery schedule, priorities, miscellaneous material needed at site,
- Issuing manufacturing drawing for press brake operator, shearing operator and fabricator
- Give all information to operators regarding the quality of the panels such as material finish, SST Brush line location, corner radius, corner gap
- Training operators how to handle delicate material like SST Sheet, Composite Panels, Brass Sheet and Aluminum sheet
- Program the design into AP100 software Amada Cnc Turret Punch Machine
- Convert mechanical drawings into a computer program (NC program) using a CAD/CAM software.
- Giving instruction to Cnc Turret punch operators with regards to workload priorities.
- responsible for production process
NATURE OF BUSINESS:
Architectural and Structural Stainless-Steel Contractor specialize in wall cladding using Stainless Steel, Composite Panel, Glass and Aluminum sheet, Doors, Cladding expert in escalator/elevator, ceiling, wall, and high-rise building.

Responsibility:
- Program Amada Cnc Turret Punch Machine using STRIKER SYSTEM software
- Design and Develop product using autocad software
- List all bill of material as per PO given by expediter and request it to warehouse department
- Develop new cable tray design as per customer requirement
- Hands on Operator of Amada Cnc Turret Punch Machine
- Hands on Operator of Pulmax Press Brake Machine
- Hands on Operator of 160T Hydraulic Press Machine
- Manual programming direct to the machine using “G’ codes
- List all material for delivery in hot dip galvanizing
NATURE OF BUSINESS:
Manufacturer of Cable Management Solution including Uni-Strut Channel, Metal Framing, Cope Ladder, Airedale Abcope Tray and Raised Floor Systems.

Switch Gear Manufacturer

- Program Amada Cnc Turret Punch Machine using AP100 software
- Program LVD Cnc Turret Punch Machine using Lantex CADMAN software
- Make AutoCAD drawing by copying hard copy drawing given by Korean engineer and transfer to NC Codes using Turret machine software
- Plan/Program material in ZERO wastage
- Program and allocate best punching tools to maximize the speed of the machine and to get high output
- Hands on Operator of Amada and LVD Cnc Turret Punch Machine
