Organized the site so that the work is carried out to the
required specification with the minimum risk to man power,
equipment and materials.
* Ensured worked done as per approved Method Statement
and Inspection Test Plan procedures.
* Checking materials delivered at site used and work performed
as per approved Material submittal and Method statement,
* Monitoring site activities/works ensure the standard quality
procedures have been made to avoid Non conformance (NCR)
* Prepare Inspection request and all other requirements to be
requested to consultant for inspection.
* Ensure that the work is completed on site in accordance with
the contract specification and approved procedures.
* Ensure that any repair and following inspection is done on a
basis of the approved method statement and instruction included
with the related Non-Conformance Report.
* Adhere to the project specific method statement procedures,
inspection program & HSE instruction to get the activities
perform to client satisfaction with full coordination with the HSE &
Quality personnel.
* Observed civil construction work and material testing result to
comply with the standard and specification
* Monitoring construction work flow of projects.
