• Designing and implementing
• Strategic sales plan that expands company's customer base
• Ensure its strong presence to build longstanding relationship.
• Managing recruiting,
• Objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
• Ensure the preparation and capturing of source documents, such as CIPC, Invoices and other business-related information.
• Manage all calls for inquiries and or account related information.
• Diaries and schedule weekly activities for all training and meeting requests.
• Schedule deliveries for all petroleum purchases.
• Monitor stock levels and keep all stakeholders abreast.
• Manage communication between existing client and suppliers.
• Manage all incoming and outgoing invoice request and account related inquires.
• Develop and implement plans and objectives for efective and innovative marketing campaigns.
• Full management and coordination of daily internal and external operations.
• Develop relationship with internal afiliates for potential export markets.
• Establish research and development (R&D) resources for new product development.
