As a Dining Shift Supervisor, I always assure to provide best and quality service to each customer i assist. Giving exceptional customer service that anyone need to have even not ask. Working as a team leader leading my team member with such hapiness and delightness in every service. Where customer are satisfied and return not only because of food and ambiance but also the service that satisfy them a lot.
As a Shift Supervisor, i always make sure that the service was well maintain and cafe organize. And communication with customer are clear and satisfy. Also team members must be inspired by how i act and give command. Leading them to what is right and beat service that can provide to each client. Keeping them motivated and happy everyday of their duties and responsibilities.
Attending customer and helping them look for the item (department store/clothing section) until they settle payment transaction t cashier areas.
