I have gained more than 24 years of professional experience in the field of office management, project coordination, document controlling, and educational management. These years of professional experience have molded me to become a better person and an asset to the company.

Currently, I am a Senior Project Administrator at Parsons International Limited for NDIA Projects in Doha, Qatar, where I deliver administrative support to the EVP-Project Director, Project Managers, and the company as a whole. My responsibilities include Office Management and Project Coordination, Document Controlling, Accounts Administration, and HR Support. I am responsible for a variety of administrative duties necessary to run an organization/office efficiently.

Office Management and Project Coordination Skills:
• Cordially coordinating with the Client regarding projects development;

• Controlling the numbering, filing, sorting and retrieval of electronically stored or hard copy documentation in a timely, accurate and efficient manner;
• Ensure that letters and transmittals were uploaded on ACONEX in a timely, accurate and efficient manner;
• Stamp the “Received” and the “Distribution List” on the in-coming document;
• Finalize Correspondence/Reports to Clients and other Authorities;
• Ensure that Correspondences / Transmittal are distributed properly;
• Ensure that the attachments/drawings are correct as specified in the transmittal;
• Maintain Document Log of the in-coming/out-going letters/transmittal;

Accounts Administration Skills:
• Manage the local office accounting functions
• Manage and reconcile Petty Cash for the office
• Preparing Local Purchase Orders (LPO);
• On-line processing of Check/Expense Report of the employee thru PRISM (Parsons’ ERP);
• On-line processing of Payment to Vendors thru PRISM (Parsons’ ERP);
• Summarizes the weekly-time records using MS Excel;
• Developing Forms for Quotations/ Receipts/ Timesheet in MS Excel/Access Format.
