• In-charge of Design Conceptualizing, Planning and Coordination of Mainly High Rise Building Structures in Structural Department and leads a team in developing Final Design Documents for Construction.
• Works closely in developing Design Documents with Clients, Architects and other Professionals.
• Coordinates with Department Heads for Technical enquiries related to current and ongoing Projects.
• Acts on an overall leadership in Structural Design Team. Advising subordinates with some expert knowledge on how the forces act on various structures.
• OIC of Building Design Operation.
• Coordinates Building Design and Implementation.
Liaise Ras Al KHaimah Authority for Building Design Approvals and Technical Concerns.
• Conducts Coordination meeting with Clients and other Engineering Discipline.
• Involved in Design Inter-Discipline Coordination Meetings.
• Checks and coordinated tasks related to production of Shop Drawings and Bar Bending Schedules.
• Works on Structural Design & Analysis of Buildings, conceptualize structural system and prepares standard structural calculations.
• Carried out Peer review of projects.
• Works on Structural Design, Analysis and Calculation
• Supports the Production Staff in developing design drawings.
• Liaising with other designers, including architects, to reach agreement about safe designs and how they may fit in with the aesthetic concept of the construction.
• Checking drawings and quantities and ensuring that the calculations are accurate for the work.
• Overseeing the selection and requisition of materials and plant for use in the construction, and agreeing prices for items.
• Supervising and monitoring the site Labor force and monitoring the work of any subcontractors.
• Overseeing quality control and safety matters on the site, and ensuring that regulations are adhered to.
