- My responsibility is to supervise and ensure the cleanliness and arrange
according to their respective items. And ensure the customer satisfaction
according to their needs. Making daily sales report for the female cafeteria
including coffeshop area. Also in case of the absence of cashier I'm the one will
replace. On my previous area I learned how to give the special diet of the patient
.And prepare food for the patient.
- My responsibility is to assist my superiors in delivering the department
objective and customer satisfaction. My activity focuses on Customer
Feedback Failure Analysis, Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) score and
Interlock Reports for customer. I help ensure the proper closure of customer
issues by following up all concerned groups. I keep track of the CSAT score
and generate report for weekly management review. I am in-charge on slider
critical parametric reports for sharing to customer, ensuring the completeness
and correctness of the data before the weekly interlock meeting. Gathered
data and find the rootcause of the problem feedback by customer.
