Ensure strict adherence to internal financial policies and donor requirements.
Maintain overall budget control in close coordination with finance officers.
Prepare annual budgets and financial reports and present them to the Board of Directors.
Lead donor audit, external evaluation processes, and organizational assessments.
Develop Terms of Reference (TORs) for individual and supplier contracts, review deliverables, and ensure timely payment processing.
Ensure the organization's representation before authorities, compliance with rules and regulations, and adherence to legal and fiscal deadlines.

Human Resources Managements:
Define job positions for recruitment, manage the recruitment process, extend job offers, and conduct staff inductions for new team members.
Play a vital role in preparing and implementing capacity development plans, including internal capacity-building activities such as training workshops, and discussion sessions.
Supervise finance and administration managers, set objectives, monitor performance, and ensure coordinated approaches to support functions.
Contribute to developing and strengthening the skills, abilities, and knowledge of the programs and grants teams, and provide day-to-day guidance and support.
Establish and implement a performance management system for all staff, actively participate in performance appraisal sessions and submit annual evaluation reports to the Board of Directors.

Country Representative (Temporary Position) à Kiron Open Higher Education
