-leading and managing the performance of the sales managers teams to ensure meeting or exceeding sales target and maximum customers satisfaction, while upholding Ace service standards, policies, procedures and authority limits
-planing and strategy setting
Planning and ensuring the availability of skilled staff to accomplish the targets in coordination with the HR Department
Ensuring the motivation of the sales team and effective team building
Planning and controlling the optimum utilization of all unit resources
-Unit Management
Allocating targets to Field Support Manager and closely monitoring the performance and progress in sales targets achievement the quality of the portfolios and persistency of policies
Coaching and training the sales team on technical knowledge managerial and selling skills
Monitoring client's satisfaction and supporting the
Field Support Managers in handling difficult cases
conducting sales visits of the purpose of developing sales opportunities and to support FieldSupport Manager in sales meetings with the clients management

-Ensuring all staff focuses on customer satisfaction and upholding of Ace Life service
standards, policies and decision making process
-keeping up to date with market development, developing contacts and disseminating knowledge to Sales Team
--hosting events for existing and potential clients for the purpose of business development
Assessing the training needs of subordinates and coordinating with the HR Department to provide the needed training and other performance development initiatives
-Conducting quarterly performance appraisal of subordinates and providing them with performance feedback
-Ensuring continues self-development to keep up to date with the knowledge needed for effective performance

-Recruiting qualified calipers to achieve Business targets
