As a leader, my job title require me to:
* Be Responsable for organizing, and performing all types of jobs on Coiled Tubing operations,
* Plan and cordinates operations and ensure that all materiels rigged up are tested and ready to perform the job,
* Maintain and operate equipments in a safe maners,
* Prepare and deliver comprehensive job reports and services report( paper work),
* Participate in knowledges sharing,
* Ensure that work will be performed in compliance with service quality and HSE before commencing any task
* Direct crew members during jobs,
* Maintain general housekeeping, clean and préparation for next jobs.

I am involved on high profil projects like RTC(1-2), Unconventional Coiled Tubing operations.
I am working on many wells with very high pourcentage of H2S.
.

I have started as assistant and growth on it untill i become a man in charge of fluid Pumping side and Nitrogen for the complex catenary campaigns combined with Frac ( Deep Stim and Galaxy boat) with TOTAL.
I have started and been stand alone as Coiled Tubing Operator.
I have committed my diversity and equal opportunity for assistants and operators.

I am running my own business as General Manager.
I sell wholesale and semi-wholesale brewery products in crates : juices ( cans, plastics), mineral water etc ...
My job is to manage purchasing and sales, the distribution and delivery teams in order to always satisfy the customers.
I am able to ficus on more important tasks and carry out others simultantly.

As Senior lead Operator, i have done so many high profil projects like Scon with Shell ( Rabi field), Set and retrieve pakers, milling, well bore clean out, cementing, etc...
I have been working on some wells who has high pourcentage of radioactivity.
I was team Supervisor on purging or Nitrogen leak test at Rabi and Toucan ( Shell field), or Tsiengui (Addax field).
I have done well integrity test jobs with HT400 (Élite) and matrix acidizing jobs as Supervisor.
I have successfully trained, shared knowledges with operators and assistants, to help them to be stand alone on fluid and Nitrogen pumps.
