• Leading the team to assemble products at highest quality that conforms to the standards given by the authorized regulating bodies
• Develop and implement assembly line Quality flow chart, Work Instruction, Inspection Instructions and Quality Standards
• Environment Hazard and Safety (EHS) Food Safety Person In charge (JAFZA accredited)
• Environment Hazard and Safety (EHS) Free Zone Industrial Operations Officer (JAFZA accredited)
• In Charge in evaluation of non conforming items intercepted in assembly line

• Food Safety Team Leader / Senior Laboratory Analyst
• In Charge in raw and packaging materials acceptance (physical and chemical testing)
• In Charge in Food Safety System implementation and monitoring (ISO 22000:2005)
• Conduct physical and chemical analysis of in process and finished products, issued product clearance
• In Charge in product development and suppliers approval
• Leading the team to produce product at highest quality that conforms to the standards given by the authorized regulating bodies
• In charge in planning and scheduling of Preventive Maintenance (production)
• Making daily, weekly, and monthly production tracking report, indicating all plant KPI’s. (Key Performance Indicator), manpower, machine, raw and packaging materials, and power / energy.
• In Charge in implementing all process and packaging Standard Operating Procedures, HACCP, ISO and FOOD SAFETY procedures in the production area.
