Demand & Sales & Operation Planning (S&OP)
- Anchor S&OP process and align all business activities across function
- Conduct pre S&OP with stakeholders (Sales, Brand & Trade Marketing)
- Translate business decision into Supply Chain & Ops plans & ensure decision compliance
- Ensure Supply Chain readiness & timeline adherence for new product launches & scale up, wrt RM/PM ordering, production trials, transit trials, test market launch, Demand forecasting
- Ensuring optimal stocks are being ordered in timely manner through analysis of forecast and inventory reports
- Scheduling and monitoring the supply and delivery of materials
- Negotiating with vendors to accept below MOQ orders, due to low volume requirement at a same price
- Presenting and requesting for approval to management for possible inventory exposure

Distribution Planning (FG):
- Monitoring the distribution planning team in distribution management activities
- Maintaining inventory against forecast in all SKUs at any point of time across depots
- Streamlining availability of products in the appropriate region, and enhancing supply efficiency by two times
- Maintaining OTIF at 95% service level of FG inventory
- Analyzing and troubleshooting demand related issues in timely and accurate manner
- Supporting decision-making and improvement of critical processes including materials planning, manufacturing, inventory planning, and transportation planning
- Collaborating with regional sales head each month to review inventory liquidation plan for non-moving and slow-moving material
- Leading implementation of effective supply chain planning systems, and improving sales and operations planning processes for distribution network

Logistic Planning:
- Head secondary distribution & warehousing to deliver OTIF across all sales channel for annual business of INR 1400 Cr.
- Drive freight in, freight out & daily operation of CFA & HUB
- Lead commercial audit, inventory hygiene checks & stock segregation
- Manage logistic partners to deliver on service, cost compliance & quality
- Delivery Inventory accuracy 99% + across CFAs & HUB
- Lead 35+ total manpower involved in warehousing operations

Inventory Planning:
- Design, Review & Deliver adherence to FG inventory norms; Ensure 95% + OTIF (Depot-SKU)
- Working capital optimization through Inventory Management for RM, PM, FG
- Oversaw RM/PM availability for new product
