● Supervise and manage day to day warehouse activities, like receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping goods.

● Managing the team work with timely and professionally.

● Supervise & coordinated daily warehouse activities to ensure the timely and accurate processing of incoming and outgoing shipments.

● Managed inventory control systems to track stock levels, reorder points, and reduce discrepancies.

● Track inventory levels using warehouse management systems JDE, and ensure that goods are properly logged, counted, and labelled.

● Perform regular cycle counts and physical inventories to verify stock accuracy.

● Process invoices, purchase orders, and sales reports.

● As per manager advise taking the short expiry report and transferring it to the expiry locations.

● Coordinating transportation and organizing the movement of shipments.

● Preparing GRN

● Prepare shipping documents (e.g., bills of lading, packing slips, customs forms) for outbound shipments.

● Preparing daily inward and outward reports.

● Monitoring near expiry material and send the report to the concerned division.

● Making purchase returns and claiming from the principal account.

● Proper loading and unloading in store department.

●Maintain the FIFO system in store

●Checking with bill in purchase orders
