● Manage end-to-end intercompany reconciliation and invoicing for Australia/New Zealand corporate clients, including reverse reconciliation across multiple entities.
● Perform daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliation of bank accounts, credit card accounts, and vendor/accounts payable ledgers, ensuring all payments are correctly posted and accounted for.
● Review and validate intercompany reconciliations and payment summaries, resolving discrepancies in coordination with cross-functional teams and external banks/vendors.
● Own end-to-end invoicing for corporate travel bookings, issuing weekly, fortnightly, and monthly client statements within strict SLA timelines.
● Process company expense invoices and post to correct GL/expense codes; investigate and resolve transaction discrepancies.
● Manage declined credit card transaction recovery (expired/declined cards), liaising directly with clients and internal teams for timely resolution.
● Introduced automation improvements to reconciliation workflows, reducing processing time and increasing accuracy.
● Trained and mentored new team members on accounting principles, company systems, and reconciliation procedures.
● Systems used daily: Visma, Discovery, Galileo, and Amadeus.
