• Perform various tasks to verify that departments follow established procedure and processes.
• Conduct compliance, SOW (statement of work), and Quality Control Plan (QCP) audits across departments.
• Develop audit plans and checklists based on PWS, ISO standards, and company procedures.
• Perform scheduled and unscheduled surveillance activities including CAR verifications and special audits.
• Ensure timely audit execution and submission of Quality Surveillance Reports (QSRs) within strict deadlines.
• Monitor adherence to internal operating procedures (IOPs), SOPs, and subcontractor agreements.

• Evaluating purchase orders to create suitable production schedules.
• Estimating the amount of material, equipment, and labour required for production.
• Promptly addressing and resolving production issues to minimize delays in production.
• Coordinating production operations in accordance with material, labour, and equipment availability.
• Recommending viable solutions to reduce production costs as well as improve production processes and
product quality.
• Effecting changes to production schedules to ensure that production deadlines are met.
• Compiling status and performance reports and submitting them to management in a timely manner.
• Promptly informing the relevant departments of changes to current production schedules.

The main task is to ensure that regulatory guidelines are followed and all requirements are met. This includes
reviewing records, reports, software, and other relevant programs and activities affected by these regulations.
Following an audit, recommendations are made for any necessary changes to procedures or practices that are not in
compliance, and a plan is developed and implemented to address these issues.
The companys compliance plan aligns with regulations such as FAR 52.222-50, Kuwait Labor Law, and KSCR1-2.
To ensure adherence, a compliance team is in place to conduct audits and inspections.
Working with the team, we carry out various activities to ensure that subcontractors of our company (Vectrus) comply
with both regulatory requirements and the compliance plan (Combating Trafficking in Persons - CTIP).
To ensure subcontractor compliance, we perform the following:
• Monthly and quarterly housing audits to ensure employees have suitable living conditions and are
provided with all facilities required by Kuwait Labor Law and KSCR1-2.
• Semi-annual vehicle inspections to ensure that vehicles provided by the employer are safe and in good
condition.
• Semiannual management reviews to verify that the company maintains proper documentation, including
employee records, salary statements, overtime rates, signed employment contracts, passport declaration
forms, CTIP training records, repatriation details, annual leave, end-of-service benefits, and airfare
entitlements.
• Monthly employee interviews to ensure employees are aware of trafficking in persons, have completed
CTIP training, and have the opportunity to raise any grievances regarding the company or management.

• Scheduled soft services inspections are conducted across facilities, including residential areas and
community spaces, to ensure standards are consistently maintained.
• Issues identified during inspections are reported to the relevant authorities and help desk, with continuous
follow-up to ensure timely rectification and closure.
• Key concerns related to maintenance, horticulture, pest control, and HSE are escalated and highlighted to
the appropriate departments for necessary action.
• Daily reports, audit reports, and inspection reports are prepared and maintained, along with regular review
and follow-up of help desk tickets and service requests.
• Work schedules, duty rosters, and monthly overtime plans are prepared, along with allocation of daily tasks
and supervision of all cleaning activities.
• Demonstrates strong commitment to assigned tasks, with prompt decision-making and effective problem
solving abilities.
• Conducts periodic follow-ups with team members to ensure tasks are completed accurately and within the
required timelines.
• Communicates effectively with employees at all levels regarding grievances, concerns, and work-related
matters.

• Monitor work performance and provide support for any arising tasks when necessary.
• Oversee performance levels and verify work results to ensure quality standards are met.
• Contribute to the design and improvement of workplaces and facilities by providing input and suggestions for
enhancement.
• Analyse defects, rework, and rejected items, and report findings to Quality Assurance for corrective action.
• Prepare and monitor work performance reports to ensure efficiency and compliance with targets.
• Develop work plans in alignment with available capacity, including employees, machinery, and facilities, in
coordination with production supervisors and the manager.
• Optimize organizational and production workflow processes, from order entry through to shipment, to ensure
smooth and efficient operations.
