Reports to the Group Executive Director - Sales and is responsible for providing leadership, strategic direction and guidance to the team of 5 direct reports and 2 dotted lineindividuals. Responsible for the growth and development of B2B sales activities for theDubai Holding Entertainment portfolio of attractions -
Motiongate Dubai, Legoland Dubai, Legoland Waterpark Dubai, Global Village, Ain Dubai, Inside Burj Al Arab, The GreenPlanet & Wild Wadi
- as well as managing the India Sub C, Middle East and Africa markets.
Key Responsibilities
Develop sales and marketing strategies and account development plans to ensure quarterly and annual goals are met in alignment with the company's vision.
Develop and lead the implementation of policies and procedures to continuously improve B2B and B2C sales in key international markets.
Manage and develop key source markets - India, GCC and Africa.
Manage 65+ B2B contracts and directly service all key accounts across all major DHE entities.
Manage a team of 5 direct reports and 2 dotted line individuals.
Increase visitor numbers and revenue by introducing special B2B offers to offset any unexpected decline in visitor numbers in the low season (summer)
Develop and execute strategic sales promotions for select key accounts to increaseticket volume and meet projected revenue goals.
Achieve assigned guest volume and revenue goals by developing sales channels within the travel trade industry, relationship management and overall portfolio management.
Work closely with the Group Executive Director - Sales and the Head of Revenue to set annual visitation and revenue targets and assign KPI's to the International Sales team and regularly review and take corrective action as needed.
Drive and lead the team to achieve GIT and MICE goals by designing and launching special packages for agents handing MICE and GIT series.
Increase brand awareness through team participation in trade shows in key source markets.
Foster productive relationships with international travel trade partners and key local stakeholders including the Department of Economy & Tourism (DET), DMC's, international tour operators and travel agents.
Oversee and manage the planning and delivery of all sales and trade marketing agreements.
Appoint and manage representative offices in source markets.
Lead internal collaboration with IT to develop API connectivity with local DMCs via the VGS ticketing system.
Work with the VGS ticketing system and assist in overseeing implementation and training of DMC/B2B partners.
Promoted to Account Manager to manage key accounts.
A
irtime Sales on CNBC Arabiya and its international network channels to advertising agencies and direct clients.
Coordinate with CNBC Network offices worldwide for international ad campaigns.
Coordinate with CNBC Arabiya’s regional sales offices in the GCC for scheduling ad campaigns booked through those offices.
Responsible for creating revenue opportunities from existing clients as well as acquire new business throughairtime Sales.
Develop sales strategies and setting monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets for the team.
Manage 2 direct reports in Ad Sales.

egotiate and close annual bulk deals with media buying agencies.
Preparing advertising rate cards, sponsorship packages, sales presentations, contracts, sales reports andweekly/monthly/annual activity reports.
Reporting to the Sales Director
Ad sales for Times of India and Sunday Times Newspaper Service Advertising Agencies and direct client, which involves meetings and presentations, to sell advertising space by using extensive database and readership profile. Bring out special supplements periodically in the publications.
