• Review of ITP, drawings, Vendor documents (WPS/PQR, NDT and other testing procedures) and review of Inspection reports.
• Review of Subcontractors Method statement & Inspection test Plan for Fabrication of Piping, Structure Steel, Installation of equipments, Painting and Coating as per Project Specification Requirement for Approval.
• Witnessing the Welding procedure Qualification test and welder / welding operator qualification test.
• Review of NDT procedures, Personnel qualification records, NDT reports and Radiographic films including witness of various NDT operations.
• Reviewing Document/ data control/ corrective/preventive action for all NCR/ customer complaints.
• Coordination with Client / Vendors when needed.
• Preparation of daily/weekly/monthly inspection reports as required by client.
• PDO approved inspector for materials, Chemical Injection Skids, Pipeline, Piping, Pressure vessels, Structures, Valve inspections, Laboratory witness for mechanical & chemical testing’s.
• QP approved inspector for pressure vessels, Heat exchangers and Valve inspections.
• NPCC/Technip, Petrofac approved inspector for material, Chemical Injection Skids, Pressure vessels and Valve inspections.

Worked on API 650 Storage tanks:
• Reviews and witness all inspection activities in accordance with Inspection and Test Plan (ITP).
• Involved in inspection of Fixed (Dome & Cone Roof ) & Floating Roof Tanks, activities like material traceability, fit-up, welding, dimensional verification, Plumpness (Verticality), Peaking, Banding, Vacuum testing on bottom plate, & Pneumatic pressure test on RF pad welds with Soap Solution, Leak test by penetration oil.
• Ensuring NDT requirements like MT/DP & RT as per API 650, Section 8
• Witnessing & ensuring the PWHT requirements as per
API 650 11TH Editions 2007, Addendum 2 - 2009, 5.7.4.5,
ASME-SEC VIII DIV 1, UCS -56.1 and project specification.
• Issuing punch list, considering the activities on priority before hydro test.
• Witnessing the Pressure test & Hydro test during each stage of settlement, during & after holding period (24hours).
• Review of final documents of test pack & submition of documents.

• Involved in inspection of shop floor fabrication of piping, material traceability inspection, fit-up inspection, dimensional verification, pipe spool release.
• Daily visit to consumable store, check for consumable storage and handling, baking and holding oven temperature as per specification, hydrogen electrodes and filler wires issuing & return records, proper backing, and maintaining logs.
• Monitoring welding inspection with various materials and Inspect pre heating & post heat treatments for particular line.
• Ensuring the accurate calibration records are maintained for welding equipments, ovens and measuring instruments.
• Maintain all the records of welder qualifications, Welding Procedures and welder performance and weld joint repair records. Monitoring & witnesses of WPS/PQR & WQT’s.
• Monitoring of subcontractors welding activities for different materials like C.S, LTCS, stainless steel A312TP304, 304L, 316L, Inconel Alloy welding in different process GTAW, SMAW, is in compliance with the approved WPS, applicable code, standards and specification.
