• Responsible to manage storage and fileserver data backup and restore policies.
• Responsibilities to manage systems and operational policies and procedures.
• Responsibilities to analysis network, systems & server’s performance by performing system monitoring.
• Responsibilities to troubleshooting and resolved hardware, software, systems and network devices issues.
• Responsibilities to modification and upgradation of servers, systems and Local & Wide networks devices.
• Responsible for the evaluation and recommendation of the new hardware and software.
• Responsible to manage software licensing compliance to organization with software companies as Adobe, Microsoft.
• Responsible to Providing end-user support and network administration services.
• Responsible to manage remote troubleshooting and fault finding if issues occur upon initial installation.
• Responsible to manage recommend, schedule and perform network improvements activities.
• Responsible to coordination with outsider venders (ISP, Hardware, Software)
• Responsible to communicate with clients of UK, US and local to resolve the queries and issues.
