Description : Project involves in New Product Development activities proceeding with conceptual designing in line with customer functional requirements, followed by creating prototype, Creating Model and drawing, Final Design Review and production release.

Role :
• Involved as Team member to prepare 3D models and drawings following Varian Semiconductor Equipment standards.
• Released new Drawings and revised existing drawings through ECO process.
• Created all the parts and Ordered for initial prototype release and testing.
• Structured the parts using SAP and created BOM Mark-up’s for the Top level assembly release.
• Created BOM mark-ups to document the addition/removal of parts to facilitate SAP BOM update.
• Adhered to all the process activities such as Project Management Tool (PM Smart), weekly reports.
• Delivered drawings to clients on time after proper Quality check.
• Created OMS’s for OLED Display manufacturing tools (Japan Display).

- Responsible for complete mechanical design of Fixtures and SPM’s.
- Assigned with the tasks of selection of raw materials, standard materials and equipment’s.
- Assigned with the responsibilities of creating the dimensional drawings, main assembly drawing, part drawings, inspection drawings and the complete bill of Materials.
- Responsible for analysing the incoming enquires from sales department, and preparing accurate general arrangement and layout drawings.
- Responsible for establishing the specifications for the material procurement and play active role in helping the purchase department in developing these new materials.
- PCC’s (Process control chart), Activity chart and manuals for SPM’s.
- Handled the job of checking and correcting the complete Bill of Materials (BOM) of a machine before it is released for manufacturing.
- Handled the job of checking and correcting the drawings of components of a machine before it is delivered for manufacturing.
- Solving problems in the shop floor by working closely with production people involved in fabrication, machining, assembly, CMM inspection and testing areas.
