• Preparing production orders as per the planning schedule and client requirements.
• Estimation of in-house manufacturing works for Assets / testing related activities after coordinating with departments and executing through Baan ERP -5 systems.
• Prepares and processes purchase requisition forms.
• Coordinates purchasing details with the Purchasing Department, including pricing, revisions, order cancellation and invoice discrepancies.
• Prepares requests for removal and disposal of surplus items.
• Contacts and receives informal quotes from appropriate vendors and other manufacturing Units, compares costs and evaluates the quality and suitability of products& materials and Coordinating purchasing details with vendor and the Purchasing Department.
• Checking & distributing SFD's and distributing it to the concerned.
• Follow up with production supervisors and quality control to clear the produced items from factory stock
• Conducting half-yearly stock checking and comparing the physical versus system stock.

Day to day reporting of all production through computerized
environment(BAAN 5 RP)

Cordinating purchasing details with the purchasing department, including pricing, revisions order cancellation and invoice descrepancies,

Ceccking & Distributing SFD's to the concerned.

Follow up with production supervisors and quality control to clear the produced item from factory stock.
