• In charge with Intranet and Web Server Administration for Share point portal Server 2007.
• Managed Symantec Backup Exec 12d by configuring, monitoring backups and restoring for file server, Exchange 2007, SQL 2005 and Oracle 10g servers.
• Overseeing Symantec Backup Exec System Recovery 8.6 by configuring, monitoring online image backup scheduled jobs for critical servers such as Oracle and Blackberry.
• Implemented and managed BMC Service Desk Express software.
