Report to the Project Head on day to day functioning of the project
Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion
Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs
Obtain all necessary permits, licenses & Authorities coordination
Meet contractual conditions of performance
Oversee all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety
regulations
Verify and approve Daily labor allocation with respect to target programs to achieve
required productivity
Coordinate and direct teams (MEP, NSC), construction workers and suppliers
Select tools, materials and equipment’s, track inventory & monitor MPTS
Review the work progress on daily basis for Look Head Execution Program
Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones
Ensure quality construction standards (QHSE Plan, Audits & ISO Standards) and the use of proper
construction techniques
Take actions to deal with the results of delay, bad weather or emergencies at construction sites
Handing over of projects with all respects to the satisfaction of the End User/ Client
