Coordinating with client inspection of particular project and establishing right
process to achieve their requirement.
Will provide checklist to customers based on global standards
To check the half in channel, ms, aluminum dead load and wind load brackets, railing and subsil brackets with in tolerance
To check the incoming material and make reports as per client requirement.
To check the ACP sheet and aluminum sub structure as per requirement
To coordinating to factory team if any quality issues occurred at site
Monitoring all In-Process inspection process in stage wise as per requirement and drawing specification to eliminate total product rejection at final stage.
Analyzing defect and establishing proper corrective action and preventive action to avoid reoccurrence of defects.
Addressing Site complaints and co-coordinating with site engineer.
Reviewing and Approval of First piece samples of supplier or product.
Preparing Quality related Hand over documents to client at end of the project.
Inward inspection of Aluminum, Glass and Hardware received from vendors.
Monitoring of storage conditions for Sealant and other materials.
Analyzing production Drawing of new mock-up and giving awareness to production department.
To preparing the checklist as per project and client requirement
Participating the internal ISO auditing
