Present I working as a process operator. My responsibilities are regular monitoring Influent sewage and production of effluent sewage, quality of the sewage, operating the equipments like pumps, valves, etc in Operation and maintenance Sewage Treatment Plant.
• Monitoring through PLC for treatment and production of sewerage, change over sequence of equipment’s monitoring running hours.
• Preparation of operation plan (manpower, chemicals, spares and consumption).
• Monitoring the dosage of chemicals and adjustment dosing.
• Schedules direct and assign duties to operators, technicians and other staffs.
• Execution of work at minimum cost and without any wastage of material and labours.
• Submission of weekly/daily status reports to Head-operations.
• Maintenance and management of respective departmental files.
• Thorough documentation and note taking of site condition, events, water qualities and other parameters.
• Experience in Preparing of chemicals for dosing systems and familiar with MSDS.
• Hands of experience in implementing HSE procedures for handling hazardous chemicals inside the plant and training the people.
• Organize sludge extraction and disposal activities as per board specifications.
• Assisting for the audit of production, waste management and HSE.
• Training of manpower in HSE, process, sampling and housekeeping.
