• To have responsibility for the co ordination, direction and management of a group of team to ensure that targets and objectives are met.
• To communicate with the team, ensuring and understanding of company objectives.
• To assist teams in the prioritization facilities in order to achieve the objectives.
• To develop system whereby excellent inter personnel relationship are maintained both within and outside the group.
• Develop operating system for the improvement of sample production.
• Co-ordinate recruitment and selection of plant team members.
• Build effective relationships with all internal departments to produce a superior product.
• Enforce plant safety regulations and housekeeping practices and encourage employees to become safety conscious.
• Scheduled plant team members to ensure coverage and coordinates activities.
• Ensure a daily basis analysis and customer commitments (ie, R&A, Safety, Output, Ontime delivery) are followed within the plant.
• Prepare and submit reports like weekly KPI’s, monthly reports, yearly reports etc..
• Work planning monthly, weekly and daily basis.
• Scheduling of work on day to day basis.
• Distribution of supervisors in day to day work schedule.
• Frequent visit to the plant for the total coordination.
• Preparation of Monthly and weekly reports.
• Attending monthly management meeting.
• Monthly man hours analysis and report preparing.
• Inspection of the plant regularly for maintaining the ISO standards and safety.
• Preparing accident reports.
• Preparing of Preventive maintenance, Periodic maintenanace, Breakdown maintenance records of the various machines.
• Giving feedback information for process improvement.
• Interacting with QA/QC department for quality issues.
• Attending the meeting conducted by the safety department to ensure safety aspects in our work site.
Work planning and scheduling, work allocation and supervision. Preparation of line inspection report, preparation of time sheet job wise, maintaining discipline among the workers, preparing accident reports, preparing maintenance records of the various machines, giving feedback information for process improvement
Additional qualification- AutoCAD and Microsoft office Training has got for internal auditor for ISO 9001- 2008 Training has got for safety implementations in the factory
