Receives and inspects all incoming materials and reconciles with purchase orders; processes and distributes documentation with purchase orders; reports, documents and tracks damages and discrepancies on orders received.
Managing of distribution and dispatching of orders processed
Ensure safe keeping both as to quality and quantity of materials, to maintain proper records.
Proper file control of all documents in their respective files and monthly reconciliation of all the data transfer
To initiate purchase requisitions for the replacement of stock of all regular stores items whenever the stock level of any item of store approaches the minimum limit fixed in respect thereof.
Open action for stoppage of further purchasing when the stock level approaches the maximum limit.
To check and receive purchased materials forwarded by the receiving department and to arrange for the storage in appropriate places.
To reserve a particular material for a specific job when so required.
To issue materials only in required quantities against authorised requisition notes/material lists.
To check the book balances, with the actual physical stock at frequent intervals by way of internal control over wrong issues.
Manage stock maximum/minimum levels and reorder quantities to ensure operational needs are met through analyzing and forecasting demand stock items.
Maintaining Monthly Inventory Inspection Stock Level.

Testing measure existing products Press tools, Jigs, fixture, Gauges, Moulds, Ball & Roller Bearing Tools against the standards they are given. They often record information on non-conforming products. Specification Control Charts based on the products they are sampling. Monitor the Specification Control Charts to spot trends in the production line's output veering from the expected quality. They will create plans to improve product quality. They will identify causes for the out-of-spec product and then work to improve the product's quality. Industrial production managers determine the quality standards the production plant must meet
