• Maximize store contribution by proactively driving sales, reducing stock loss and managing controllable costs.
• Motivate and develop team members and ensure store complies with all company regulations and procedures.
• Maximize sales and ensure customer focus is prioritized always.
• Implement and review all stock loss prevention controls.
• Implement processes specific to store product/ size/ location.
• Manage a team including in-store training, motivation, coaching, development, disciplinary and performance appraisals.
• Implement store layout, visual merchandising, stock and fixtures positioning per brand guidelines
• Manage stock replenishments, product launches and promotions.
• Ensure communication is effective throughout store and back to brand team.
• Weekly/ daily analysis of commercial reports and implementation of action plans where applicable.
• Manage manpower planning per needs of business.
