2. Requesting add stock for store for oil, filters, coolant grease etc.

4. Processing Normal/Emergency Vacation of Oiler and preventive maintenance in charge.
5. Prepare Employee monthly Attendance for their Salaries.
a. Complain registration (entry the problem of equipment in ERP System.
b. Opening of Job Orders for breakdown equipment’s thru ERP System.
c. Processing spare parts requisition for breakdown equipment.
d. Processing of Return Orders through ERP System.
e. Making weekly and monthly reports for the total breakdown equipment and cost
summary.
