For plan & control the activities of department including supervision handle food, beverage & general store respectively.
•Co-ordinate with Purchasing Manager, Chef & other head of department for control day to day operations.
•Co-ordinate with Executive Chef & other HOD’s, Finance co-ordinator, Director of purchasing
for the non available & shortage of stock.
•Assist cost control team to take monthly inventory.
•Daily briefing & monthly meeting for all the colleagues & within the department.

•Responsible for arranging LPO’s for food and beverage items.
•Responsible for receiving the items as per LPO’s and maintaining proper quality, quantity, expiry date of
all F&B items.
•Responsible for maintaining par stock
•Responsible for making various reports such as short delivery reports & variance reports.
•Responsible for posting invoice and attach verification copies.
•Responsible for monthly checking the expiry date & communicate with concern departments.
•Responsible for monthly inventory & ensuring that inventory should be correct.
