Formulating library policies and ensuring their implementation after obtaining approval from competent authority

•Managing operation of the Habib Library.
•Supervise and train all library staff, Assist users in the use of materials, equipment, and services provided by the library.
•Implementation of KOHA as library management software.
•Ensuring all materials are cataloged according to standards.
•Keeping updated statistics and usage records.

.Acquisition of printed and Digital databases.
•Manage new books and weekly/monthly displays and bulletin boards. Supervise weeding of outdated materials and inventory.
•Conduct simple troubleshooting on library lab computers and assist students with basic course related tasks.
•Assist to Head Librarian for Teach information literacy and research classes as well as maintain current knowledge and practices regarding information literacy required.
•Assist with Library programs and events .
