• Follow up with erection activities as per approved drawings.
• Site Co-ordination for installation, testing and commissioning and local fire force/civil defense approvals.
• Updating progress measurement chart / reports weekly and reporting to client.
• As Built Drawings.
• Overall site supervision for installation, testing and commissioning of the systems, as applicable.
• To ensure successful execution and completion of the projects in co-ordination with the Project Manager and Supervisors.
• To ensure that Foremen and workmen / operatives are aware of the findings of all relevant risk assessments and that they are fully aware of their responsibilities for operating safe systems of working, and that they do not take unnecessary risks.
• To ensure that all equipment and tools in site complies with the relevant site regulations and that the personnel have been adequately trained to use them safely.
• To ensure that work once started is carried out as planned, and that relevant legislation and regulations are observed on site.
• To supervise and monitor sub-contractor’s work including all aspects of quality and safety activities, if the sub-contractor is engaged.
• To act as Company / Client interface on site.
